Instrumental Analysis and Experiment is one of the main basic courses for graduate students. This course mainly introduces several instrumental analysis methods such as ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry, fluorescence analysis, atomic absorption spectrophotometry, electrochemical analysis, gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. It is required to make students understand the importance of this course and the progress of instrumental analysis through theoretical teaching. Familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of various instrumental analysis methods; Master the principle, error source and basic structure of various instrument analysis methods. Through experimental teaching, deepen students' understanding of theoretical knowledge and master the basic operation of instruments and some basic experimental skills, train students' practical ability, cultivate students' scientific style of seeking truth from facts and ability to independently engage in practical work.
