Tang Xiaolin:In-service doctor, Associate Professor, From July 1992 to August 2002, structural design of Hengyang architectural design research institute, from September 2002 to July 2005, structural engineering major, school of civil engineering, Guangxi university, from July 2005 to present, associate professor, school of civil engineering, south China university.Lectured on "Structural Mechanics", "Elastic Mechanics", "Architectural Structure", "Special Structure" and other theoretical courses, and guided undergraduate students' cognitive practice, graduation practice and graduation design.  Every year the teaching work is overfulfilled and the workload is full. I participated in the construction and application of the teaching reform topic of "Research on Training Mode of Construction Engineering Talents" and was awarded as the 2007-2008 Excellent Teacher of South China University.

I presided over 2 projects of Hengyang Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, 1 project of Hengyang Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau, 1 project of teaching and research reform of Nanhua University, the first instructor of the research study and innovative experiment program for college students, 2 projects of Hunan Provincial Education Department, 1 project of Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation, 2 projects of Hengyang Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, 1 project of participating in teaching materials, and published 10 papers, of which EI included 1.  The research direction of structural design and reinforcement has been formed and has certain scientific research capability.
