段毅,湖南常德人,工学博士,国家注册公用设备工程师(给水排水)。从事专业市政工程,研究方向光催化技术、高级氧化技术、新污染物和放射性污染物处理等研究工作。主持湖南省自然科学基金青年项目、湖南省教育厅科学研究项目、校级科研和校级教研教改课题等5余项,参与国家自然科学基金、“十二五”国家计划支撑课题等2余项。兼任湖南省土木建筑学会给水排水专业委员会青年委员、湖南省海绵城市专业委员会委员。发表SCI、EI或者卓越期刊论文20余篇,其中ESI高被引论文1篇。主持某银矿车间氰化废水改造及尾矿库废水处理施工图设计、污水治理专项规划、给排水工程专项规划、农村供水管网建设规划、雨污分流建设实施计划和污水处理厂及配套管网可研-初设-施工图设计等15项。主讲《水工艺设备基础》和《水质工程学实验》等课程。
