段志勇 (博士注册工程师)

 

概要

美国密西西比州立大学土木与环境工程博士。

美国注册工程师。

美国土木工程师协会水污染工程委员会委员。

在净水/污水处理和输送,流域建模,水资源建模,水质建模,环境影响评价,数值计算,和软件开发维护等方面有丰富的科学研究和工程应用经验。

发明1项发明专利,发表21篇学术文章,获多个优秀论文奖,应邀在国际会议等上作8个学术演讲。

为多个知名的中国和美国的国家机构以及世界著名公司(中国科技部,美国航空航天局,美国联邦紧急事务局,雪佛龙,康菲,埃克森美孚,英国天然气等)做过很多国际和国家级重要项目(亚洲,美洲,非洲,澳洲)。

C++VBA编程进行水资源和环境工程计算和模拟。

用有限差分法和C++编程建模来进行偏微分方程数值计算。用蒙特卡罗方法以及C++编程建模进行随机过程模拟。

为雪佛龙,康菲,埃克森美孚,英国天然气等国际著名公司在美洲,亚洲,非洲,澳洲的重要项目作为专家组的任务负责人或骨干进行水资源和环境工程方面的计算和模拟,以及与客户和公司内部的协调。

流域建模,洪水建模与防洪设计,排水设计,基于GIS的水资源建模,流域划分,水土侵蚀/泥沙控制,水质分析,水锤建模,水资源计算机模拟。

C++,VBA,SQL等计算机编程工具进行偏微分方程的数值计算和概率统计分析。

环境许可,环境影响评价,环境修复,净水/污水处理和运输。

作为CDM公司项目任务协调人为美国联邦紧急事务管理局重大专项-新奥尔良Katrina飓风灾后市政设施恢复项目工作。
